Karen Marriner, RD, MBA, is an experienced benefits consultant and California-licensed health and life insurance agent. After twenty-five years in corporate America where Karen worked in all aspects of employee benefits and specialized in health and wellness, Karen decided to strike out on her own and start a health insurance agency aimed specifically at helping individuals and families find high quality, affordable coverage. Karen is an expert in the subsidies available under the Affordable Care Act as well as all the options available to the new and continuing Medicare beneficiary. Karen’s health care roots are deep: she obtained her B.S. in Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics from UC Berkeley, and her M.B.A. in Health Care Management from the Wharton School.
